When you receive a messenger RNA shot, your cells receive instructions to produce a spike protein that mimics Covid-19, training your immune system to recognize the virus. However, with repeated shots, your body becomes a factory for the very substance it’s trained to attack.

Apparently IgG4 antibodies greatly increase after the third shot. Therefore if you took at least three shots and consider yourself a healthy individual you should consider working hard on boosting your immune system.
