The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sent a warning letter to a group behind a website selling ivermectin as a regimen to treat SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind COVID-19. On March 16, the American regulatory agency warned that the website ivermectin4covid.com was selling an unapproved and misbranded product via the internet to consumers.
